This was Sam's second year with the Predators. Sam adds punch to the inside game as she is an interior threat. By the end of the year, she even conquered the art of free throw shooting hitting 75% during the national tournament. Sam is a valuable part of the team with her efforts on both ends of the floor.

This was Lexie's third as a Predator. Lexie continues to improve her shooting and was definitely a threat with the mid-range jumpshot at the end of the year. Lexie is an aggressive defender that creates the physical play we like. Lexie also contributes on the offensive end as a good leader. In addition, Lexie love basketball and is always looking for ways to contribute.

This was Catie's third year. Catie continues to be a leader on the floor with her ball handling and leadership. We ask Catie to distribute the ball and handle it against pressure. She does these things very well. Catie improved her scoring output at the end of the year and we expect that will continue into the future. Catie is a hard worker. She also brings some comic relief to practices and games.

Most Memorable Moment: Playing with the Predators

This was Tosha's first year with the team. Tosha has a million dollar smile :-) She added a great deal of speed and offensive scoring punch. Tosha was tremendous against pressing teams as she could break down the press and score or find open teammates. Tosha also added both offensive and defensive rebounding from the guard position. Tosha has a high upside and will continue to make herself and teammates better players.

This was Bree's third year with the Predators. She continues to be a solid outside threat with long range shooting. Bree also improved her help-side defense and was probably our best weak-side defender by the end of the year. Bree is extremely coachable and works to improve her game..

Center

Favorite Athlete: Rajon Rondo, Jenna Smith, Candace Parker
Other Sports/Interests: Basketball is my life, swimming, and volleyball
Memorable Moment: Every moment I was able to spend with my teammates

This was Averi's second year. Averi has improved so much over the past two years. She is an offensive threat on the offensive end on every possession as most teams double and triple team her to discourage our inside game. Also, Averi's defense has improved as well as she is understanding positioning much better as well as how to use her height to her advantage. Averi is moving to the east coast. She will be missed a great deal on the court and even more amongst her team. Good luck to Averi!

She has added a good 15 foot jump shot to her arsenal and continues to be a solid free throw shooter. She is one of our three inside players that cause opponents big problems. Jillian was one of our leading scorers and a solid rebounder. Jillian also brings comic relief to practices and games!

Guard
Favorite Athlete: Candace Parker
Other Sports/Interests: Going to high school and college basketball games with my dad and grandpa, playing softball, watching movies, and eating Italian food.
Most Memorable Moment: Being told I made the team! Meeting girls that love the game of basketball as much as I do. Watching my team make it to the championship game at Nationals. Making great friends!!!

Elecia joined the Predators in April. She was a welcome addition to the team. Although she missed the first half the season, and then suffered a devastating injury that forced her to miss that last 11 games, she proved to be a valuable addition. The team won their first 10 games in which she participated and was 16-3 in games she played. Elecia was deadly from the three point line, handled the ball well, and was improving on the defensive end as well.
